Versace is having a great time again. Statements, bold colors and prints are totally in season. If you wear Versace you are always an eye-catcher. I guess I’ve fallen for the current trend, too. Looking at my previous blogposts, I obviously cannot hide it any longer. And guess what? The main actor in today’s blogpost is another statement Versace jumper. I just can’t get enough.

I like neutral colors, I really like basics and I truly love timeless pieces. However, I have somehow developed a love for extreme statement pieces over the last couple of months. I never considered my style to be loud or particularly striking, I rather invest in classic pieces with a twist. This jumper though, I really liked from the beginning. I always dress true to my style and never bend for fast passing trends. This time however I got weak and continued my Versace obsession.
This printed wool and cashmere pullover is such a cool statement piece. It has a sculpting neckline, striped metallic cuffs and fringed sleeves. The bold red and the contrasting black create an interesting yet harmonious picture. The tiger print on the front, underlines the typical opulent Italian design and trademark of Versace.
Boots are my favorite shoes to wear and a solid staple in my wardrobe. Since Balenciaga relaunched the sock boots last season, I loved to wear them 24/7. This autumn however, I’ve totally fallen for something new: Cowboy boots! They are such a fashion forward and versatile must-have and there are more than a few ways to integrate them into your daily look. For today’s outfit I chose these pointed toe Fendi cowboy boots. It was love at first sight. They are made of super soft black leather and a two-toned heel. I really love the distinctive heel with its geometric cut-outs. The side tab is customised with an embroidered F. Classic yet eye-catching boots.
I love to combine statement pieces with neutral basics. This way you never look over the top and appropriate for any kind of situation. I’m truly a denim girl and could wear my favorite ReDone jeans every day. They are not only super comfortable but instantly balance out an eye-catching look. My Louis Vuitton bag adds an extra bit of sparkle to my casual off-duty look. What do you guys think?
