The Louis Vuitton bomber

The Louis Vuitton obsession is real. I actually love every single piece of the current fall/winter collection. You have already seen my favorite pair of pants in my previous blogpost here. And because one Louis Vuitton outfit is never enough, I decided to show you another look today – starring this beautiful bomber jacket.

The LV bomber jacket

Season after season, the bomber jacket never seems to go out of style. It has definitely become a staple to survive the cold fall and winter temperatures. The iconic 90s fashion trend has for sure turned into an indispensable classic – with a cool retro twist. What I truly love about bomber jackets, is their versatility and huge variety of styles. You can easily dress it up or down and it instantly adds a laid-back attitude to any kind of outfit.

My favorite new bomber jacket and highlight of the current fall/winter collection is this outstanding LV jacket. It is such a special and interesting piece. I love its oversized fit yet fitted waist – one of the collection‘s defining silhouettes. Even though it may look like a thin and light jacket, it is extremely warm and super comfortable. Made of wool and cotton, it is the perfect companion for colder winter days. It features warm lambskin sleeves, a contrasting vegan leather piping and big front pockets, embellished with decorative LV pins. Its whole design shows the season’s special focus on cool styles with a retro feel. I absolutely love the concise neck strap and the LV snap- buttons. The jacket has a very urban and androgynous charm.

My look in details

You guys know how much I love clashing styles and contrasts. Therefore I decided to pair the bomber jacket with this beautiful and delicate floral shirt. It features long sleeves, a high turtle neck and a pretty LV leather patch on the chest. It is made of a delicate and shiny lycra fabric. The pretty floral print instantly adds a subtle retro twist and some extra femininity to my rather masculine look. I love the way the soft floral print and the edgy leather create an interesting contrast but nevertheless look harmonious together.

My new H&M trend leather pants perfectly match my jacket. Some might consider an all-leather look way too much, I absolutely love it. As always, It is about finding the right portions and balance. My favorite Louis Vuitton Twist MM bag – you already know it from my last outfit here – and some edgy Louis Vuitton boots complete my look.
