This look is one of my favorite summer outfits of 2016. I utterly fell in love with this beautiful coat by By Malene Birger when I saw it and even didn’t expected that I will love it so much! By Malene Birger is definitely a label to watch and is for a long time on my radar. I really liked the last collections, as it is always a great basic piece with the little special detail you want to wear every day.

Today´s post is about this dark navy coat of the current fall/ winter collection of By Malene Birger. It has a long blazer cut and more boxy fit. As I already mentioned, it´s all in the details here. The best things are obvious the oversized pockets with tactile silver-tone embellishment. In addition I love the frayed ends and open stitches at the front and the sleeves. It´s a great clash in styles as without the embellishment the whole look of the coat is totally different. I am wearing a lace top by Esprit and shorts by JBrand and matching snake print sandals by Ash and a bag by Furla.
