Nespresso On Ice & Der Berliner Modesalon

// by

Nespresso On Ice – let me introduce you to the next level of Ice Coffee: Leggero On Ice und Intenso On Ice easy to do at home. Berlin Fashion Week during the summer season can be crazy hot & warm. Don´t get me wrong, I love the warm temperatures and the fact, that you can wear quite everything. But especially when you´re running from A-to-B, you’re badly wishing for a cold refreshment.

Of course I am a coffee addict, as everyone else and I definitely at first need my coffee in the morning! The first thing I bought for my apartment when I moved to Düsseldorf was a Nespresso coffee brewer. I swear, sometimes when I have breakfast (and a bad coffee) in a hotel I am wishing myself home to drink my one and only Nespresso coffee. During my bachelor thesis, I visited the huge Nespresso store slightly every week – every time I felt a little bit ashamed btw.

But let´s not get carried away…During this season in Berlin, it was so freaking hot, that I started to drink a lot of Iced Coffee. Of course there are two benefits: it´s super refreshing and you fuel some caffeine. Therefore I was super excited to try the new Nespresso On Ice capsules Leggero On Ice & Intenso On Ice – especially a real treat made on ice – during my visit at Der Berliner Modesalon. The location of Berliner Modesalon, Kronprinzenpalais – is so pretty and it felt super nice to sit in the beautiful backyard and have a moment to chat. Especially cause I am running around all the time and really enjoyed staying for a while, drinking some Iced Coffee and talk with together with my blogger colleagues Aylin and Dennis about the great designers and collections of Der Berliner Modesalon.

Both capsules are a great base for the usual Iced Coffee, but can also be used to create a fancy Iced Matcha Coffee for example. Just stick to your daily procedure, add some ice cubes and syrup and you´re done. How great is that btw?
